Mark Evans
Mark has over twenty years’ management, strategic and technical experience across the energy, oil and gas, shipbuilding and defence industries. As Managing Director, he leads the strategic direction and operations of BE&R, overseeing the delivery of complex projects across the energy and marine sectors. He brings together technical expertise, commercial understanding and industry relationships to develop practical solutions for clients, with a focus on project outcomes, energy security and the responsible adoption of new technologies.

Hugh Reynolds
Hugh has over thirty years’ consulting and management experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He has an extensive background in concept and feasibility study management with a focus on floating facilities and small scale LNG. He is passionate about enabling the energy industry to transition to a low carbon environment.

Nick Bentley
Nick is a Naval Architect with over fifteen years’ experience across the marine, energy and offshore industries. He leads project development and technical advisory activities within BE&R, with experience spanning floating production, marine infrastructure, owner’s engineering and project execution. His current focus is on developing practical solutions for the evolving energy and marine sectors, including alternative marine fuels, ammonia bunkering, port infrastructure and the integration of emerging technologies into commercially viable projects.

Andrew, a thirty-year energy industry veteran, offers diverse expertise in large project engineering, risk management, workshop facilitation, and chairing Hazop studies.
